Mod Author on Nexusmods.com

I am currently a game modder for a few games like Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, and also a part of the Bannerlord modding community. Also known as the "Bannerlord Expanded Series Author", I am the creator and maintainer of 5 Bannerlord Expanded Mods, with 41 other projects that were retired or integrated into the Bannerlord Expanded series.

During my time in developing and maintaining the Bannerlord Expanded series, I was also able to help other passionate mod authors via Discord in creating or fixing their own mods due to the frequent game updates. I have also created/updated tools to simplify mod creation for people without any programming knowledge such as the Wanderer Creator (2026) and Troop Designer (2022).

On 25th April 2024, I was recognised as a Verified Mod Author by Nexusmods for meeting the 30,000 unique downloads criteria, and given a lifetime premium membership on Nexusmods.com

RSAF Ship Spotting Simulation (NYP's Final Year Project)

For my Final Year Project in Nanyang Polytechnic, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with representatives from the RSAF to work on a ship spotting simulation that is dedicated to train new RSAF personnel to spot ships from a C130 Aircraft.

Being able to work on a simulator to simulate actual ships movement and C130's flight path was an interesting experience, as I had to cross-reference with classified information and watch videos of actual ships in order to create a simulation of the actual thing.

I was personally responsible for:

  • Infrared Visuals for Ships
  • Ensuring Ship simulations are close to real life data
    • Physics
    • Size Perspective
    • Lighting
  • C130's EOS camera simulation
  • Optimization to run on VR headsets.

War Against Invaders

 War Against Invaders

War Against Invaders is my Final Year Project for Nanyang Polytechnic's Game Development & Technology (GDT) diploma. The project aims to showcase UX programming & design, flight physics, AI for planes, machine learning (to aim at enemies) for turrets, server programming (player accounts & gacha system), and multiplayer programming.

Game Description:

A team PvP multiplayer game that revolves around a war simulation concept.

There will be 2 teams, the “Invaders” and the “Defenders”.

  • The Defenders must destroy the Invaders’ spaceship before it reaches the Defenders’ base and bombs it.
  • The Invaders must protect their spaceship and ensure that it reaches the Defenders’ base.

All entities of both teams will be controlled by AI (with exception to the movement controls of the spaceship). However players can take over the controls from the AI for any of their team’s entities.

The game also includes a gacha system and an inventory system that the players can use to equip gear to their respective planes. The effects of their gear will only be active when the player takes control of that corresponding plane model.

Extra Features:

Technical Showcase GIFs

Dogfighting AI

Plane's Missile Targeting Calculation

Main Menu Design/VFX
